‘Food is about bringing people together, having fun and enjoying the amazing ingredients and flavours the world has to offer. I love cooking for people as ultimately great food makes people happy. With a focus on flavour, sustainability and nutrition I seek to create dishes that are both good for you and the environment. I spent much of my early career cooking in London kitchens but what I really enjoy is putting together private events; working closely with clients to create tailored menus that celebrate any occasion.’ Chef Rory
